Die Sommervilla Gustav Mahler errichtete 1901 am Worthersee im österreichischen Maiernigg einen Seeufer. Architekt: Friedrich Theuer. Jetzt Villa Siegel, Serkin (Teil von Maria Worth), Worthersee, Suduferstraße Nr. 23. Zur Zeit Nr. 31. Siehe auch Karten Worthersee.

Postkarte für Arnold Schönberg (1874-1951) geschrieben von Alma Mahler (1879-1964) mit Bemerkungen von Gustav Mahler. Haus verkauft 07-1908.

Der jetzige Besitzer der Villa schätzt seine Privatsphäre sehr, er begrüßt Rubbernecker nicht besonders und entmutigt Besucher, die an seine Tür klopfen. Aber er machte eine Ausnahme für Leonard Bernstein (1918-1990);; Der Komponist und Dirigent durfte auf dem Klavier spielen, das Mahler während seiner Aufenthalte dort benutzte.

Nach dem plötzlichen Tod seiner fünfjährigen Tochter Maria Anna Mahler (Putzi) (1902–1907) 1907 verkaufte Mahler die Villa 1908 und kehrte nie nach Maiernigg zurück. Jetzt in der Stadt Klagenfurt und Villa Siegel genannt.
